Bringing Jama Intelligence to Your Team
Jama Intelligence is a new, separately licensed cloud package available to try through a free 60-day trial.
The subscription includes an annual pool of shared credits which measure AI usage, including the amount of information analyzed, the amount of content generated, and the complexity of requests. Administrators can monitor credit balance and consumption by capability and user. All metered Jama Intelligence capabilities draw from one shared credit balance, and credits remain available throughout the subscription year.
For self-hosted customers, Jama Intelligence Gateway brings the Assistant to Jama Connect environments. Jama Intelligence Gateway is purchased through a platform fee and will be available later this year.
Jama Intelligence will also be the home for future AI capabilities in Jama Connect.
For Current Customers of Jama Connect Advisor
For existing customers, Jama Connect Advisor capabilities remain available under current subscriptions and continue to operate without consuming Jama Intelligence credits. Assistant and future Jama Intelligence capabilities are not included in the existing Jama Connect Advisor entitlement.
