A Jama Software Consultant will work with your team to:
1. Confirm installation of integration hub (Cloud or Self Hosted – if Self-Hosted; access to installation guide for your System Administrators.)
2. Recommend specific data flows with Jama Connect based on your desired process.
3. Train your team on the integration hub application including navigation, mapping creation, and activity monitoring.
4. Guidance on how to prepare Jama Connect to integrate with one other system (service account permissions, API credentials, and custom fields.)
