Conner McNeil

As General Manager of Automotive at Jama Software, Conner leads a global team focused on helping automotive organizations transform the development of increasingly complex, software-defined vehicles. He began his career at Honda in product development, working across multiple vehicle programs, before moving into the software industry in search of better ways to address the challenges of modern vehicle development.

Over the course of his career, Conner has worked across product development, systems engineering, enterprise transformation, and complex software solutions, including leading global custom solutions and platform development organizations. Today, he brings together hands-on automotive engineering experience with software and technology strategy to help manufacturers manage complexity and accelerate next-generation vehicle development. Conner studied Mechanical Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and lives with his family in St. Louis, Missouri.
