Jama Software Positioned in the Niche Quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Application Development Life Cycle Management
Jama Software announces that it has been positioned as a Niche player by Gartner, Inc. in the November 2013 “Magic Quadrant for Application Development Life Cycle Management (ADLM).”
According to Gartner, “Organizations are under pressure to accelerate the speed of delivery of increasingly complex applications, while improving overall productivity and quality.” The Gartner report also notes that efficient coordination and automation of the delivery process require new, collaborative approaches to the planning, measurement, execution, control and reporting of activities.
“Today’s software applications, smart products and IT systems are growing more and more complex. With the requirements, decisions and other details ranging in the thousands to millions, the business value of a specialized product delivery solution is accelerating rapidly,” says Eric Winquist, CEO of Jama Software. “We believe that Jama’s inclusion in this Magic Quadrant is confirmation of Jama’s focus on delivering customer value through collaborative, easy-to-use solutions that combat the growing complexity of product delivery.”
Using the Jama Product Delivery Platform, companies deliver better products more efficiently, with less time and money. Jama’s solution connects business stakeholders with product-development teams so everyone involved in the company’s products has visibility into the process. This tightly integrated platform helps companies significantly cut development costs.
