As Corporate Controller, Colleen leads the Accounting and License/Order Management teams through daily operational tasks, monthly/quarterly close process and other ad-hoc operational and accounting projects. Colleen collaborates with cross functional leaders and third party service organizations to ensure operational and strategic goals are met and seamlessly incorporated into accurate and timely financial and accounting data. Colleen has spent most of her career in the software and high-tech industries, including auditing Silicon Valley tech companies for 9 years in the Bay Area with BDO USA, LLP and working in SEC reporting at FEI Company (a Thermo Fisher Company) and as Revenue Manager at Tripwire (formerly a Belden Company).
