The talent team will review your resume and cover letter. Our goal is to respond to every single candidate.
A Talent Partner will reach out to you via e-mail to ask questions about your experience, career goals and answer any questions you have about Jama or the position.
If you are selected for further conversations, the Talent Partner will coordinate a conversation with the hiring manager.
After an initial conversation with the hiring manager, the next step will be to schedule a virtual or Jama office interview.
- I live out of state, does Jama have remote employees?
- The majority of Jama employees live and work in Portland, though we have a few located throughout the United States. Depending on the needs of the position there may be flexibility in your geographic location. We recommend you apply, wherever you are!
- What should I wear to an interview at Jama?
- Our dress code is “Portland start-up business causal” (so you may be interviewed by somebody wearing a t-shirt), though we recommend business professional attire for an interviewee.
