No stuffy offices, no unnecessary meetings and no rocks to hide under. We work hard, take our commitments seriously, but have fun doing it. It's not uncommon for a Halo 3 or Guitar Hero challenge to break-out after we've achieved a company milestone. A third of our staff rides their bikes to work, the others at least wave as they drive past them.

When it comes to our software development process, we take an iterative approach applying lightweight methodologies where we develop new releases every few weeks or months, instead of years. We believe in being very open and collaborative with our customers and partners, thus they contribute to our product roadmap as much as we do. Senior Software Engineers

We're seeking smart, resourceful software developers to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, experienced engineering group developing Web 2.0 applications built on open standards that our growing base of innovative customers rely on to ensure the success of their own product development efforts. This will include new releases of our requirements management technology, Jama Contour, and other future products that live as ideas on various whiteboards just waiting for your coding skills.

Our perfect candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented and extremely technical with Java and JavaScript. Other related technologies such as Hibernate, Spring and Ajax frameworks are a plus.
