Senior Director of Customer Success
John D’Addario is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Jama Software. John is responsible for Customer Success Management for Jama’s existing North American customers, and is passionate about advancing the Customer Experience to ensure Customer Lifetime Value.
Prior to joining Jama, John was Director of Customer Success for TrueMotion/Cambridge Mobile Telematics where he was responsible for Customer Success Management and Technical Support, globally. John also spent 16 years working for PTC, where he held numerous global positions in Customer Success, Technical Support, and Service Strategy. John earned an MBA from Babson College, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
