VP, Customer Success and Support
John D’Addario is the Vice President of Customer Success and Support at Jama Software. John is responsible for Customer Success Management, Enterprise Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management and Customer Care/Support for all Jama’s global customers. John is passionate about advancing the Customer Experience to ensure Customer Lifetime Value.
Prior to joining Jama, John was Director of Customer Success for TrueMotion/Cambridge Mobile Telematics where he was responsible for Customer Success Management and Technical Support, globally. John also spent 16 years working for PTC, where he held numerous global positions in Customer Success, Technical Support, and Service Strategy. John earned an MBA from Babson College, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
