Billy leads the Customer Care organization that interacts directly with our valued customer base.  This team is focused on providing timely and robust support for all Jama Connect customers when they need it most.  Our Customer Care staff shares Billy’s passion for going the extra mile to ensure the user experience exceeds expectations through a collaborative approach to problem solving and product enhancement.  Billy brings nearly 20 years of customer experience through leadership roles at technology companies covering SaaS, hardware, and software products and services.
