Setup and Administration

2 hour session (on-site or remote) to teach new Contour IT administrators how to properly install, configure and administer Contour within your environment.

System Configuration

1 day session (on-site or remote) with your "power users" to configure Contour to your environment, customize item types, perform initial import and provide best practices including user authentication, security, data backup and applying software updates.

End User Training

1 day session (on-site or remote) allows for either three 2 hour training sessions or one in-depth training for a smaller group.

End User Training Live Webinar

2 hour session (live webinar) for up to 10 users covers basic usage and best practices on how to create, edit and collaborate within Contour.

Custom Reports Training

1 day session (on-site or remote) for up to 5 users on best practices for creating custom reports and document templates.

Custom Video Tutorials

2 day session (on-site or remote) with insights from your team, Jama creates a library of custom video tutorials to illustrate Contour's usage with your process and templates. This is a great supplement to live training for deployments that anticipate rapid user adoption and are seeking a way to offload internal IT and support requirements.
