The focus is to teach new Contour IT administrators how to properly install, configure and administer Contour within your environment.

System Configuration

The focus is to assist your "power users" to configure Contour to fit your environment, customize item types, perform initial import and provide best practices including user authentication, security, data backup and applying software updates.

End User Training

The focus is to train your team of end-users on how to best utilize Contour for requirements management best practices. Depending on the program you choose, this can be live on-site training or remote via live webinar.
