Once you start adding data into Contour you’ll use the detail panel (list view) quite often to review, sort and organize data within Contour.
The list provides the ability to:
| • | Click any column header to sort. Picklists will be sorted in the order they are configured and not alphabetically. |
| • | Click Views -> Configure View to manage the available columns in the list view. These settings are saved per user per Item Type. There is also a Mixed Item Type View. When the list contains only one Item Type, Contour will use the configured view for that Item Type. |
| • | When configuring a view, drag columns to change the order. |
| • | Resize columns by dragging the sides of a column. |
| • | Turn the pick list colors off by selecting actions from the list view and deselect the show pick list colors |
| • | Single click to select a row, Shift + click, CTRL + click to multi-select. |
Hint: Use Shift + Click to deselect Items when multiple are selected.
| • | Click on an Items ID to open an Item. |
| • | Pagination using the toolbar at bottom. Here you can also define the number of Items to display. |
Items within a list can also be dragged from the list to the Explorer when the values in the list are from the same Item Type as the Explorer destination.
