A Text Item is a special item which contains only a name and a rich text description field. Within the Project, a Text Item can be located anywhere and can contain Sub-Text Items. These items are useful for containing overview information, as header information, as a problem statement, or other non-requirement details that are important to include within a document or for context to the reader.

Note: Items that are converted to Text Items will lose any additional fields beyond the name and description and any existing widget settings.
