The Batch Update gives you the ability to update one or more Items' non-Rich Text values and add Tags at the same time. The list will then automatically refresh after the update.
| 1. | Select one or more Items from a list view (hold the Control Key or Shift key to select/de-select multiple Items). |
| 2. | Click on Action menu -> Batch Update/Delete. |
| 3. | Select the type of update and which items to update. There are three update options |
Note: The Update option is only available when Item's of the same type are selected. For example: Folders can not be updated with Item's because they do not contain all of the fields that the Item's do.

| 4. | Select which fields you’d like to change by checking the checkbox. All of the Item's fields not selected will remain untouched |
| 5. | Update the newly enabled Pick List to the desired value. All selected Items will be updated to use the selected pick list value. Click the Next button. |
| 6. | Specify any comments or who should be notified of this change. |
| 7. | Click the Commit button. |
