Administrators have the ability to view All Locked Items within the Organization from their profile. From here the Administrator can unlock any Item if it has been inadvertently locked or the user isn't available.
| 1. | Select My Profile from the Contour's header. |
| 2. | Click on the My Locked Items tab. The list will show only Items you have locked by default. |
| 3. | Click on the Show All Locked Items option. If this option is not available then you do not have Administrator rights. |
| 4. | Locate the Item in the list you wish to unlock and click on the row. |
| 5. | Click on the Unlock button. |
