This area is primarily for Administrators and users with the permission to Manage Projects.  From more information on these roles please review the section on Permissions.

Contour provides the ability to configure each Project uniquely.  This does not mean that an Organization will lose consistency across Projects.  The high-level structure of all Projects will be controlled by the Organization however each Project has its own unique requirements for user permissions, email groups and releases.
