This feature is available in both the System Administration and the Organization Administration.
Custom Velocity, BIRT, and Office Template reports can be added here. Any reports created for a specific Organization are listed here.
Settings for Adding a Report
| • | Report Name - The name visible to users when generating reports. |
| • | Report Type - Contour supports Velocity, BIRT, and Office Template reports. |
| • | Report Formats - Available output formats differ based on Report Type. These formats include: HTML, PDF, & Microsoft Word; Excel; Powerpoint. |
| • | Report File Name - Browse and select the custom report generation file here. |
| • | Description - Provides additional detail about the report. |
| • | Scope - The scope defines whether a report should be available in the global reports area (Organization) or the export menu (Project). |
| • | Organization - This setting is Read Only. Reports created here are only available to the current Organization. Reports for other Organizations can be created in the System Administration. |
| • | Visible to Users - Make the report available to all users. |
| • | Context Sensitive - Select if the report is generated from results or available as a global report. |
| • | Report Parameters - Office Template parameters |
| • | Class name and path (optional) - |
| • | Criteria - Velocity and BIRT parameters. |
