To manage your user profile, click on the My Profile link in Contour's header.
My Details
This is where you can change your password and edit your user settings such as your name, location and contact information. See Changing Your Password for more information.
My Subscriptions
Subscription are emails sent to you by Contour when an update has occurred to Item that you have expressed interest in by subscribing to it. See Subscribing to Email Notifications for more information.
| 1. | Off – No notifications sent. (Default) |
| 2. | Immediate – System checks and sends updates every 5 minutes. |
| 3. | Daily – Notifications are batched up and sent in a single daily email. |
| 4. | Weekly – Notifications are batched up and sent in weekly email. |
Below the delivery options is a list of all the Items, Sets and Projects that you have subscribed to.
Within the My Subscriptions tab there are 2 views: Me - subscriptions that the user has personally subscribed to, and Others - subscriptions that other users have subscribed the user to.
In the Others tab users can view subscriptions that other users have subscribed them to. Users may choose to Mute or Unmute the subscription. When muting a subscription it effectively turns off the subscription for this user only.
Locked Items
The My Locked Items tab displays a complete list of the Items you have locked, preventing others from editing the Item. See Locking an Item for more information.
Review Center Notifications
Similar to Notifications, these are emails sent to you by Contour via the Review Center.
