Now that we have covered the Basic Concepts, let's take a quick overview of Contour.

First of all, Contour is a web-based application.  We've gone to great lengths to make it look and feel like it is installed on your desktop, but without the pain and overhead of actually installing a new application.  There is no software to install on your computer and no updates to run.  All you need is a browser and access to your Organization's network from any computer.  For those using Jama's Contour Contourhosted option, where we host the application, you simply need a computer with a browser and internet connection.
