Select this option when the target document contains a table that contains multiple Items to be imported. The table may have more that 2 columns, but the cell containing the name of the field MUST be directly in the top row (header) of the table. See the example below.
Import Tables as Individual Items
Select the option "Each table row is an individual item" in the second step of Wizard when performing a Word import.
| 1. | Copy the exact field names from the tables and paste them into the appropriate Identifier cell. |
| 2. | Select any default values that will be used for all new Items that do not have a value in the target document. |
| 3. | Click on the Next button and review the mapping of the first Item found in the target document. |
| 4. | If the mapping is correct Submit the target document to be imported. If the mapping is incorrect click on the Back button and make the necessary adjustments. |
