Deleting a Project

This feature requires user to be logged in as an Administrator.

Sometimes a Project is no longer needed. To remove a project:

1.In User mode, click Project -> Manage All Projects.  If the Manage Project option is not available then you do not have the rights to delete a Project. A project can also be deleted from the Administration mode. Select Administration from the header of Contour. In Administration, select the Manage All Projects link.
2.Select the Project you’d like to delete from the list on the left-side of the window.
3.From the Actions menu select Delete Project.
4.Confirm that you want to delete the Project.

Note:  When you delete Projects, Contour completely deletes the Project along with all Sets and Items within the Project.  Unless you have recently backed up the database you will not be able to recover any of the Items.
