Add URLs

Contour provides the ability to store a URL or Link that can be assigned to individual Items and used across the Project.

Add URL

1.	Select an Item and from the detail view, click on the Links tab.

2.	The tab will show all links that are associated to the selected Item.

Note: Clicking on the URL link will open the URL in a new browser window.

3.	Click on the 'Add URL' button.

4.	Complete the field and 'Save'.

Hint: URLs that are prefixed with "http://" will be treated as unique links whereas URLs without the prefix will be put onto the end of the Contour URL which may be helpful if there are files that you have placed on the server that you want to link to without uploading them as attachments.

•	http://www.yahoo.com - Will open a new browser window with the URL http://www.yahoo.com.

•	screenshots/login.html - Will open a new browser window with the URL http://localhost:8080/contour/screenshots/login.html

Edit/Delete URL

To edit or delete a URL simply select the Edit or Delete link from the URL's row.
