Bob Sternberg

Bob Sternberg has more than 30 years of senior management experience in telecommunications and software companies where he has held positions of Chairman, CEO, President, COO and VP Finance & CFO. He has played a lead role in successfully growing, positioning and selling three companies, and raising more than $75 million in equity and debt funding. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum and is an advisor and Board member for various companies and charitable organizations. Mr. Sternberg holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Ohio State University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University and an MBA from Loyola College.

Dave Hersh, CEO, Jive Software

As CEO of Jive Software, Dave Hersh is responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction, planning and implementation. In seven short years, Dave has led Jive Software from a small open source project to an Inc. 500 company with 100 percent annual growth rates. Previously, Dave held the roles of CFO and product strategist at 4charity. Prior to that, he was a management consultant to Hewlett Packard, focused on HP's Worldwide Information Management Strategy. Dave began his career as a strategy and change management consultant at VIA International in Chicago and London. Dave has gained a reputation for his deep industry knowledge of collaboration, knowledge management and open source, and he is frequently tapped to present at industry events and serve as a media reference. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from DePauw University.

Dave Nute, EVP, Monsoon Inc.

As Executive Vice President of Emerging Markets, David Nute is responsible for managing the development of emerging product categories, new markets and strategic partnerships for Monsoon Inc., a leading provider of online marketplace management software. David previously served as Monsoon's COO. Prior to joining Monsoon in 2004, David was the founder and CEO of Awardant, a government procurement software company in Boston. At Awardant he successfully launched a purchasing network used by 280 local governments and over 29,000 suppliers to perform over 3,000 procurement events annually. David has also worked as a consultant for Bain and Company and as an investment banker at Sumitomo Trust.
